Who was your first celebrity crush?

Darla from Little Rascals. I think I was 5 or 6. I've had a thing for classy women ever since.
What's the best way to get on your good side?

I'm pretty easy and respond well to all the Miss Manners basics-- you know, "Please", "Thank You", and typical congenial interactions. Turn offs include long walks on the beach, throwing attitude, dickishness, or being a wuss.

If you came with a warning label, what would it say?

I love this question so much I have two answers.
- Open a support ticket.
I deal with a wide range of technical issues every day. I don't often get to dig as deep as I'd like into any single task before being wisked into another challenge. On the upside, I don't think I've experienced a moments boredom while working here. One the downside, some days it feels like I'm spending all day context-switching while nothing gets done.
We use a project management package called FogBugz at work, which I've found to be an invaluable tool in keeping track of support requests and project tasks. I occasionally feel like a bit of a fascist in repeatedly asking folks drop requests into the queue, but it's a phenomenal way to stay on top of issues, get thing done, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
2. Reboot your computer. If that doesn't work, see warning label #1.
You see, I work in a very technical office with some very talented people. So talented in fact that I sometimes make the assumption that when someone asks for assistance they've already gone through the rudimentary troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately that's not always the case. Yesterday, for example I spend a good half-hour researching a wireless issue with no luck. I eventually had to move on to other issues, with the intention of getting back to it at a later time. This morning the user (sorry ydnar) caught me in the hall and told me it started working again after a reboot.
Here are a few good reference articles on the effects of context switching in technical work.

What's your motto?
Life can either grind you down or polish you up. Pick one.
I spent just about all weekend at the beach. I'm such a bum.
